Summer is here! Make a goal to move (exercise) every day for an entire month, starting today! You can specify your own goals, but it can be anything from 5 minutes a day of a brisk walking to exercises on a mat first thing in the morning to a full-hour spin class or a beach cruise. Attempt to do at least 30-minute workouts a few times a week and find some kind of movement that both pushes you and that you really enjoy! Your mood, sleep and energy will thank you. ;)
